1. Gift card terms and conditions

     1.1 The gift card purchased is valid for 6 months after date of purchase.       After this validity date, the gift card is no longer valid.

     1.2 The gift card purchased may be redeemed for any product or service offered by Fall Bay Swim at the prevailing price at the time of redemption.

     1.3 All gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

​

     1.4 All gift cards are non-transferable unless recipient name is given on gift card

     1.5 Fall Bay Swim is not liable for any lost or stolen gift cards

     1.6 If the purchase value exceeds the amount of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid by another form of payment. No cash back will be given if the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card.

     1.7 Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers or discounts. Gift cards can be used with full price items only. 

     1.8 Fall Bay Swim reserves the right to cancel this gift card certificate for any misuse or any violation of terms.

     1.9 Fall Bay Swim reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice

     1.10 Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

     1.12 Refer to the expiry date mentioned in the email received. Goods must be purchased before expiry date.
